dbivio is an independent, Apache-2.0 add-on for CloudNativePG. It exposes a small PostgresTenant API and reconciles it into standard CNPG resources (Cluster, Database, Pooler, ScheduledBackup).
The optional CNPG-I plugin registers an operator-service capability: it validates dbivio-managed clusters on create/change and reports tenant status back to the operator. It is disabled by default and not required for the base install.
This is alpha and not an official CloudNativePG project, so it belongs under the Third-Party Plugins section per the disclaimer there.
