The pest jobs failed because spatie/responsecache is enabled by default with a file store, so responses cached by one test leaked into later tests in CI (stale network pages, cached 200 for unpublished slugs). Disable it in phpunit.xml.dist so tests behave the same everywhere. Also: move seeders out of the Codebar namespace into flat Database\Seeders, drop the CodebarSeeder wrapper, fix DatabaseSeeder user upsert to match on email only, and add the local AiModelDailyUsages demo seeder.
