Implements DHIS2-21928
Description
A few months ago, it was discovered that en-US had been added to Transifex and Hindi translations had been added there for several apps through translation memory. The en-US locale has since been removed from Transifex, and the remaining
en_US.pofile should now be deleted (AI Assisted).Quality checklist
