phpPgAdmin installation based on Alpine

Tip

To run, first you will need to add a config file to: /var/www/localhost/htdocs/conf/config.inc.php

Look at /var/www/localhost/htdocs/conf/config.inc.php-dist for an example

Note

phpPgAdmin was forked and fixed to connect to postres v10.x
