Clarify that the scheduled deliveries modal on a chart or dashboard lists only the deliveries you own, unless you have permission to manage all deliveries.

Source PR (lightdash/lightdash#23888) restricts the dashboard, chart, and SQL chart "Scheduled deliveries" modals to the caller's own deliveries unless they have manage-all permission, aligning with the existing Settings list behavior.
