New install , broken UI

i just installed it in fresh environment and UI is broken , none of the menu/links are not working

Tried many different browsers, operating systems, network settings, etc but nothing is working. Same issues as mentioned above by other people. Got so tired from it so I decided to create my own web-based management tool. And there are some really nice glusterfs api's available to work with.
