chore: match "fix(deps)" for dependency updates - #511

Match any "fix(deps)" commit type as an actual dependency update and move it to the relevant section. Don't scope "chore(deps)" as dependency updates in the changelog, because they are supposed to be non-production changes only (ci, tests, build) Signed-off-by: Roberto Giovanardi <roberto.giovanardi@northern.tech>
