Background
Adds the initial Android mobile browser application so Dao Browser can run as a GeckoView-based mobile app with built-in browser UI, extension support, localization, and project documentation.

Includes unit tests for browser runtime, controllers, repositories, preferences, extension staging, localization, QR decoding, thumbnails, and UI models, plus Android instrumentation tests for main activity, browser surface/chrome, AMO store, extensions, and about screens.
