Save and Load Stitching from Template

Description of work:

Continued work on efforts to move auto stitching into lr_reduction. This PR allows saving/loading of stitching configurations from the template.

An new checkbox Normalize first angle is added for when Auto. Stitching is enabled. This is required per changes in the previous work, and per CIS request
