@abhinaykukkadapu thanks for adding more SKILLs for Qualcomm backend.
I am unfamiliar with Buck build, but I tried reading through the high-level approach for this SKILL and I think it LGTM. Maybe we can have this merged and try to see if it helps resolving buck build issues we usually encounter when merging PRs.
