Updated README.md to improve markdown formatting and fix a few typos such as "peset" instead of "preset" and "iformation" instead of "information".
Fix the previously uncaught typo "conncected" - > "connected".

Updated README.md to improve markdown formatting and fix a few typos such as "peset" instead of "preset" and "iformation" instead of "information". Also make proper html entities instead of raw URLs.
