An interesting idea is to create an tcp server, or a command line interface(like CGI, where the console.readline and console.writeline is used like a stream) no matter the from of Inter process communication, the idea being you create a Remote Procedure call on that communication method, allowing you to run a normal program on windows(can be C#, C, C++, Rust, lua, python etc, even js with something Like NodeJS) to communicate with the space engineers mod, ksp does something like this in the following examples:
