Adds Codex review guidance to GithubRepoAuditor focused on portfolio truth correctness, attention-state and maturity contract drift, generated-vs-canonical source confusion, identity-resolution fallbacks, since-window filters, seam-linter coverage, and misleading reports or dashboards.
Why:
