I think this will help repo maintainers sanity check their reviews with regards to version control
downside is that we have to make sure it stays up-to-date in case we ever change the dependency hierarchies, but agents make that relatively cheaper today

I do not recommend human reviewers to try to parse/understand the entire
mermaidcode, because honestly I don't even think that is very realistic... for that I'm assuming agentic review onlyfor human eyes, I recommend a rendered preview
