Description

Added Series Label documentation for Blazor Charts, including overview, customization options, code samples, and related images.
Also updated the Step Area documentation to include the NoRiser feature with the corresponding sample, image reference, and content improvements.

The feature code has not yet been added in the hotfix, so the preview sample was not included. Only the image has been added for now.
