Add secure boot signing guide section.

Summary by cubic

Added a Secure Boot signing guide covering installing mokutil, kmod, openssl, generating a MOK key, enrolling it via the MOK Manager after reboot, and signing .ko files with the kernel sign-file script. The intro now notes Secure Boot may be mandatory (e.g., enterprise) and links to the guide; a modinfo check is included to verify signatures.

Written for commit 0598349. Summary will update on new commits.
