Adds the TIP-1022 overview, guide, and live passkey demo to the public docs, wired into the T3 docs branch. The demo now works against localnet and Tempo testnet with the supporting sponsorship and mining changes needed for it to run out of the box. Adds the TIP-1022 overview, deposit guide, and live passkey demo to the public docs, with the navigation and T3 cross-links needed for it to slot into the existing docs update cleanly.
The demo is wired to run against Tempo testnet or localnet and includes the supporting sponsorship and browser mining changes needed for the flow to work out of the box.
