The 631a55b1 pin (2026-02-13) is what's been blocking Dependabot's github_actions updater with an "unknown_error" on update_files — Dependabot has trouble bumping branch-tracked actions of this shape. Pinning to the current stable SHA (29eef336, 2026-03-27) clears the queue. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Manually bumps the 4-month-old pin to current stable SHA. Dependabot's updater has been failing 'unknown_error' on this action specifically.
