This issue form cannot be merged because GitHub cannot parse it. YAML parsing fails at the unescaped apostrophe in the scalar containing "did not". It also uses invalid field IDs, scalar validations, unsupported type values inside attributes, and malformed placeholders. Please restart from the current valid issue-form template and validate the result as both YAML and a GitHub issue form.
