Holding this for TypeScript 7.1, expected mid-November 2026.

Everything else from this batch has landed: ed25519-dalek 3.0, tauri-action v1, actions/checkout v7, actions/cache v6, actions/upload-artifact v7, node:24-alpine, and the five lint and format majors. cookie is deliberately capped below 2.0 (see renovate.json), and @cloudflare/workers-types was dropped entirely in favour of wrangler types.

TypeScript 7 needs two things before it can land: typescript-eslint has to support it, and apps/desktop/scripts/gen-analytics-defaults-lib.ts needs porting, since it uses the TypeScript compiler API and TS 7's Go port changes that surface (ts.ScriptTarget is undefined, which breaks the settings-defaults check).
